Yumena (the "app") is a cycle-tracking app with an emotional-care companion character, provided
by LGTM (the "operator"). The app requires no account, and your records are stored only on your
device.
2. Not medical advice
Cycle predictions, ovulation estimates, and wellness guidance in the app are
informational only, based on the records you enter. They must not be used for
medical diagnosis, treatment, or contraception. Always consult a healthcare professional for
health decisions.
3. Your responsibilities
You manage the password of your backup files. If a backup cannot be restored because the password is lost, the operator cannot recover your data (we do not keep a copy).
Before losing or handing over your device, please use the in-app "Delete all data" feature.
4. In-app currency (gems) and rewarded ads
The in-app currency ("gems") can only be used for customization items inside the app, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
Gems can be collected by using the app and by watching ads. Watching ads is optional — every feature of the app remains available if you never watch one.
Ads are served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of the ads or for the links and products they contain. The data processed when you watch an ad is described in Section 2-3 of the Privacy Policy.
Gems may not be granted if you close an ad before it finishes, if you have reached the daily viewing limit, or if no ad is available.
Purchases and refunds follow the payment policies of the Apple App Store / Google Play.
Like your records, gem and item ownership is stored on your device. It disappears if you delete the app or your data, and can only be carried over via a backup file.
5. Character chat
Character chat replies are generated by artificial intelligence (AI). They are for emotional
care and informational purposes only and, as in Section 2, do not replace medical diagnosis,
treatment, or counseling. AI replies may contain inaccuracies.
Chat is available after separate in-app consent, and daily usage is limited. The data
transmitted and processed is described in Section 2-4 of the Privacy Policy.
Conversations are stored only on your device and are automatically deleted after 90 days.
Using the chat feature for purposes other than its intended one (conversation with your
character), or circumventing or abusing the system, may be restricted.
6. Intellectual property
The app's characters, illustrations, copy, and software belong to the operator. Reproduction or
distribution beyond personal, non-commercial use is not permitted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator provides free features without warranty and is not
liable for data loss that occurs without the operator's fault, such as device failure or loss, or a
forgotten backup password.
8. Changes and governing law
If these terms change, we will give notice in the app or on this page at least 7 days in advance
(30 days for changes unfavorable to users). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of
Korea. If the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live give you greater
protection, those rules are not affected by these terms.
